We redesigned onboarding around everyday Nigerian business language, grouped KYC into short steps, and created a dashboard that prioritizes balance, settlement timeline, failed payments, and support actions.


The new experience reduced uncertainty before activation, gave merchants better visibility into money movement, and created a reusable product system for wallet and agent banking features.
